Mr. Glass spent a considerable amount of time advising me about my rights and liabilities with my long term disability provider. Rather than charge me a fee and string me along as most attorneys would do, he let me know up front that the terms of my policy would likely preclude the outcome I was hopi...ng for, and even offered to review the policy for free just in case my specific policy had different language (which it didn't). He clearly cares about his clients and though I didn't get the answers I was hoping for, I appreciated his kindness, and the fact that he was so generous with his time in helping me understand my options.

I contacted mr glass about a personal injury case, I was very pleased that he actually took the time to personally speak to me over the phone and completely answered all my questions and also gave me great advice on what I should do in the future. He even went as far as sending me a book about settli...ng your own case which was very nice of him to do ( all free of charge). I will definitely be contacting him in the future again as he took his time and helped completely clarify my situation.
