I schedule a consultation with Ben to discuss my auto accident. I had done a bit of research on rules, laws, etc which created a lot of additional questions. When I spoke with Ben he took the time to explain what the laws meant, what my rights were, what could and could not be done legally, gave me... "what if/possible" outcomes and best case/worst case. He didn't rush the meeting, listened and was very patient. What impressed me the most was he was not pressuring me to hire his firm, in fact he told me that given what information I had provided to him it sounded as though it would be a rather simple settlement case and most likely would not need an attorney, unless I got to the point where I was fed up with dealing with the insurance company.
