Highly professional and worth your time

I made a the trip to Fairfax, VA from Charlottesville, VA just to talk to Ben Glass. He was recommended by a trusted friend who said "Ben is the best". My friend was absolutely right too. Mr. Glass was easy to talk to and has gone above and beyond to help me with my case.

Great strategist and communicator who gets results

Ben is a great listener who takes the time to understand the case, explains the proposed strategy, and then executes--keeping the client informed at every step along the way. He puts the screws to those who deserve it, and is fair as a negotiator--leading to just and quick results. He's the only la...wyer in Northern Virginia that makes insurance companies sit up and pay attention. Thank goodness fate led me to Ben when I was disabled and needed insurers to make good on their promises. He's a model for others to emulate.

Amazing representation!

I just finished reading the ERISA appeal you did for my husband. My chest was hurting as I read through every page, taking in all of the case law being used to justify the incorrect and unfair denial of his claim. It brought back how I felt each time I thought that I was helping, but really harming..., my husband's claim by appealing myself. If we had not attended a seminar in March recommended by the doctors at Loyola for Stroke and Brain Injury patients, I would be in a world of bewilderment. Plus the fact that an attorney at that seminar recommended Ben Glass to us. This is why your firm exists because of people like us who have no clue. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Knowledgeable and kind attorney

Mr. Glass spent a considerable amount of time advising me about my rights and liabilities with my long term disability provider. Rather than charge me a fee and string me along as most attorneys would do, he let me know up front that the terms of my policy would likely preclude the outcome I was hopi...ng for, and even offered to review the policy for free just in case my specific policy had different language (which it didn't). He clearly cares about his clients and though I didn't get the answers I was hoping for, I appreciated his kindness, and the fact that he was so generous with his time in helping me understand my options.

Wonderfully Responsive and Sagacious Attorney

Seeking urgent advice to help my daughter, who is no longer able to work and must file a disability claim, I was referred to Ben Glass Law and am fortunate to have had two consultations with Ben -- the first via telephone, and the second in person. Ben is an extraordinary man. At a loss how to pr...oceed, I first called his office after 5:00 PM on a Friday evening, and to my amazement he phoned me back that very night, even as he was packing for a spring-break family trip, to provide initial advice that prepared us to take some critical first steps. Talk about first impressions! Some weeks later, calling again for further guidance, my daughter and I were given an appointment a couple of days later, and spent over an hour with Ben, who provided us with insights across a range of issues -- from keeping a daily diary of symptoms and telling the disability insurers a detailed, honest story to maintaining one's own collection of medical records and ensuring the demonstration of accurate diagnoses. Many of these points are crucial to developing a case, but not at all obvious to laymen like us. Ben also walked us through the steps of applying for short-term and long-term disability and the options of engaging an attorney or proceeding on our own, including the risks, benefits, and costs involved. Still at an early stage in the process, we are so much better prepared for having Ben's advice, and so grateful for his knowledge, understanding, and decency. We have also found Sharon and the other members of his team to be engaging, helpful, and highly professional. This is a small, nimble, power-packed, and remarkably responsive law office -- I couldn't recommend them more highly!
