I was In a car accident March 31, 2018. I was Wrongfully denied of close to 14 months of disability benefits by prudential. My wife is disabled and was receiving disability check from Cigna insurance. Where to begin? I suffered a traumatic brain injury, completely rendering me helpless and disabled. I was granted short-term disability and felt comforted by the insurance company. After months of waiting, my long-term disability was denied.
