I would not recommend this lawyer on the grounds that he was ill-prepared for my case (he didn't even cross-examine the toxicologist's testimony). I was punished to the full extent of the law for a first-time misdemeanor, marijuana charge. I was also ordered to get the interlock ignition monitor pl...aced on my vehicle as a condition of my restricted license, however, I wasn't even convicted of alcohol intoxication. I was simply racially profiled which he didn't even want to touch and ultimately, convicted of a DUI with a BAC (THC only might I add) of .06 which is below the intoxication limit in Virginia. How this man was allowed to completely misrepresent me is truly a miscarriage of justice.
