Reckless driving

I am satisfied with how MR.Peritz took on my case. He gave me options and thought about all the outcome and what we needed to avoid. The judge to drop the case to a fine and 3 points the judge was not so thrilled about it she made it obvious she rather strip my license. “”I highly recommend Mr. P...eritz””he also very close by the court house

Extremely responsive and helpful

When I got myself in a very bad situation, I didn’t know what to do. I read reviews and called attys. Mr. Peritz stepped up And put me at ease right away in our first consultation, explaining best and worst case scenarios. I hired him immediately and am more sure than ever he was the right choice. He... always responded, usually in minutes, to my many (many!) questions, laying out calmly and quickly what the options were, and making clear what the choices were and what he would recommend. His knowledge of ffx courts personalities and protocols was clearly invaluably helpful to me in ways I didn’t know when I hired him. We got my charge reduced to a lesser charge and he already completed the paperwork to petition to have the original charge expunged off my record, something we were only able to do because he obtained this particular lesser charge. I received no jail time and only a minimal fine, but most inportantly the charge should let me keep my job and community activities in tact and get back to being my better self

Responsive and Efficient

I had a reckless driving citation that I believed was for much higher speed than I was actually going. Seth was very responsive in working with me on short notice. He explained my defense options clearly, and was very efficient in getting my charge reduced.
