Charges dismissed!

Every lawyer I contacted told me about how they would get me a good plea deal but Seth was the first one who said "I think we have a case" and "I didn't become a lawyer to take plea deals." And man did he deliver. Throughout the whole process Seth would respond to texts quickly and kept me informe...d about everything. I recommend you tell Seth EVERYTHING, even medical things. There's things he can use in his case that you might not think are relevant but could be game changers. If Seth thinks you have a case, he'll tell you, but he wont recommend you to take the risk of going to trial, you have to make that decision for yourself. In the court room I saw dozens of people with similar charges to my own, each of them taking the exact same plea deal that the other lawyers wanted me to take. Seth was the only one who took it to trial and he fought hard. As the trial went on, Seth would do research on the fly based on the prosecution's arguments, to poke holes in them, all while playing 4D Chess, positioning his arguments for all possible scenarios, going on for hours without letting up. In the end, it was the simple evidence he provided in the beginning that won the case, the rest was... theater? strategy? A mix of both probably. It worked. The point is, all charges were dismissed. Seth is the best lawyer I've ever experienced.

Excellent Attorney!

Seth was amazing, he did the impossible. I had 3 charges pertaining DUI that I didn’t think I could get out of. Driving with open container, elevated BAC and suspended lisence. He took my case to trial and I received a not guilty verdict. Seth was always available on text to answer any questions I ...had since this was my first run in with the law. He explained everything including terms I didn’t understand throughout the process and during the trial. He invited me to his office to go over the body cam video which helped me feel more prepared for the court date. He was very honest with the possible outcomes but was very confident that we would win. Seth was also very kind enough to offer me a payment plan to his already reasonable rate. Seth is my now go to attorney and I 100% recommend!
