Excellent

Mr. Peritz was very understanding and helpful of my situation, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to get me the best possible outcome! Would highly recommend him as an attorney as he will do the best he possibly can while keeping you inform every step of the way.

Simply the best!

I received a reckless driving ticket (90 in a 65). Seth worked with me to provide me guidance on certain actions I could take to lessen the pain of what was to come. He was incredibly communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He was great at explaining the process as this was my fi...rst offense. The end result was that my case was completely dismissed. So I cannot thank Seth enough for all of his help and guidance! He is truly amazing!!!

Incredible

I had a DUI that I acquired last year and it came with the norm for a first offender's repercussions. I had a restricted license and an interlock system, which was one of the things mandated by the court. I happened to have a violation caused by an external factor that triggered my device, this still... caused me to be sent to court. The time I arrived and I met Seth, we talked about the issues and weighed options, but ended up continuing the case to get some time and really figure out how to present the issue. Skip to next month, after some of my own agony, questioning in my head whether or not that anything we did would work in my favor, we decided that it was in my best interest to testify. There was a representative, from the interlock company I use, to speak on the function and ability of the device. My probation officer was there as well and Seth questioned them both; as well as myself on the stand, to delineate my circumstance. He made a great case and my violation got dismissed by the judge. I would highly recommend Seth to anyone who is going through the same or similar issues, because I did not think it would have the chance of coming on positive and it came out better than I could have expected.

Hi my name is myrinna and and I was haveing trouble trying to find the right lawyer for my fiance who was inconcerated who hade a mayjor charge and I went and hired Seth peritz who helped him win!! his case ?
