Tough, diligent and smart attorney

Knowledgeable and helpful

Seth was very responsive and knowledgeable from the beginning. He advised me of all the things I should do to have the best chance of getting my charges reduced from reckless driving (30+mph over the speed limit) to a lesser charge. I followed all of his advice. The first time we went to court, He a...dvised that the case be continued because the judge and prosecutor would not lower the charge. When we came back again, Seth was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to lower the charge. I loved that Seth had extensive experience with the Fairfax Court and I’m very happy that he was able to represent me! I hopefully won’t be needing his services again, but would highly recommend!

Big thanks to Mr.Peritz!

I had received a "general reckless driving" and "obstruction of justice charge". These cases were very stressful for me, largely because I felt as if I did nothing wrong. We went up to trial where Mr. Peritz fought for me and got both cases dismissed. Mr. Peritz was more than just an amazing lawyer,... but a great human being who truly stands for justice. I'm really thankful for how hard he worked. Mr. Peritz isn't my first lawyer by any means but definitely going to be my lawyer for all future problems! Once again thanks a bunch!
