Karin is smart and worked through the entire strategy. I had two misdemeanor charges which were both were dropped for an amended minor disorderly charge. She already knew the way the prosecutor was going to think with possible outcomes and scenarios. She had a conference with the prosecutors and conv...inced them they didn’t have much and what I was willing to concede (which wasn’t much). She was confident if we went to trial we would win and I think they knew that. They settled on the amended disorderly which she knew would still qualify for expungement. Six months later we go in for expungement and within 2 mins the prosecutor agreed to expunge the original charges and so did the judge. She saved my life and career as well embarrassment.
