The legal system does not always get it right in their prosecution and sentencing but he makes sure they do. I cannot say enough about my thankfulness for his services. I had heard great results with Jad so I decided to hire him as my lawyer for a reckless driving charge. On the phone, he sounded promising however in person I was not pleased. His secretaries refused to listen to me and properly communicate with him (told them 3 times) that I was going to show up to ...court. I drove 2 hours, showed up to court, sat waiting for my case not evening knowing what Jad looked like or anything, and honestly thought I was alone for my case. When my name was called up, he was surprised to see me and told me he wasn't expecting me and to wait for him outside of the court room. I have no idea how the case went, which was bothersome, and I was not satisfied with the outcome. I have a clean driving record and the best he could do was reduce the speed to not reckless and "only" getting four points on my license. I was pleased with his price, but I'm not pleased with his service.

I feel like my outcome could have went a lot better if I went with another attorney! His arrogant, cocky, attitude made me think he would be able to beat my charges but it backfired because after I paid him he was too busy and just didn't care enough to be the one in the court room on my court dates.... He would not even return calls after all this with questions I had. His "it's fine, it will be okay" attitude was the wrong attitude to have because I lost so much, now a felon and have so many questions. Find someone who actually cares is all I can say!

Avoid Jad Sarsour at all cost. His office is overloaded and a mess. They make unnecessary mistakes and they are disorganized due to poor management. He is only interested in making a buck and getting your money. Once you have paid him, he won't pay much attention to you after that and he will jus...t hand you off to one of his assistants. He won't spend that much time researching on your case and working with you. His cost is lower than the good lawyers but you get what you paid for, actually less than what you paid for. You will regret being cheap afterwards after he loses your case and you have a criminal record. He lost my case and another lawyer won my case after I appealed and changed lawyer.
