He really knows what he is doing

I had Mr. Sarsour representing my son for a legal problem that took place in Fairfax county. Mr. Sarsour was recommended to me by a friend who described him as somebody who really knows what he is doing, and he was absolutely right about that. From minute one setting with Mr. Sarsour you feel conf...idant that he really knows what he is doing and how to protect his client in the most professional and affective manner possible. He devoted all his attention to understanding our situation and was very clear and precise making us understanding the case we are facing and his plan to solve the situation. I was so concerned because that case could have affected my son's future and really wanted somebody who really knows how to get through it. Although the fees were very reasonable for a case like this, but the attention and care our case was given by Mr. Sarsour and his staff was really beyond our expectation. The case went exactly the way Mr. Sarsour explained to us, and his staff kept following up with us with all the developments and gathering the paper work needed for the case. To make it short the case was completely dismissed in our favor and our family is enjoying the relief that our son's future is safe and secure. We would recommend Mr. Sarsour for his confidence, knowledge, honesty, and attention to smallest details. R. Okla Fairfax, VA

Record and life saved, it won't take long, just read this:

In July of 2015 I was arrested in Fauquier county for possession of heroin and unauthorized possession of drug paraphernalia (needles). The bag was found on my (now ex) boyfriend and the needles were found in my purse. I didn't actually hire Jad until September 2015, while I was a fugitive because I ...violated the terms of my pretrial probation. After one phone conversation I hired him, I was a little nervous at first because I didn't know much about the firm but I was desperate. Let me just say now, hiring Jad was the best decision I made. When I went to my preliminary hearing on 9/9/15 there was still a capias for me so I did have to go to jail for revoking my bond but Jad and James Rice pushed for me, the prosecution never tested the needles they found on me, so they pushed the issue that they needed to prove heroin residue was in the needles to charge me. luckily the test came back clean, but not only that but they relentlessly pushed to get me another bond hearing. When my bond hearing finally came after sitting in jail for 3 weeks (a fault of Fauquier County- Jad and James Rice did all the could to get me on the docket as soon as possible), they defended me and got me another bond! After getting out and going to a court appearance on December 8th to set a trial date, I violated the terms of my pretrial probation again (silly me). A little less than a week before my trial, set for January 13th 2016, I got the best phone call ever. i was told that the prosecution was dropping all charges! Jad had talked to the prosecutor and kept pushing the fact the the stop and search was questionable, finally making the prosecutor cave. On 1/13/16 I was in and out of court in 5 minutes, cleared of all charges! Jad pretty much held my hand and walked me through all of it. Any time I had a question, needed to talk, needed confidence, Jad would talk to me on the phone or meet with me. The amount of money I paid for that kind of care and service is unheard of! I would reccomend Jad to every single one of my friends and family. For some reason I never had much faith and trust in lawyers, but Jad and James pulled a dream team miracle for me. My record, my job, my future, my LIFE was saved because of Jad. I dont think I can explain how grateful I am that fate pointed me in the direction of First Point Law Group. While I was incarcerated Jad spoke on the phone with my family almost every day, and had his team drive from Fairfax to Fauquier multiple times to get my bond hearing set up. I made a mistake, but Jad and James Rice made sure that mistake didn't destroy my life. If you are in legal trouble, I 100% reccomend hiring Jad. I know for a fact that Jad will look at the case from every angle and figure out how to help you in the best way possible.

Thank you!

Jad worked on my reckless, following too closely, and fail to display license plate charges. I was very scared and worried because my driving record isn't that great. My receptionist recommended me to him so this was my first time seeing him. He was easy to talk to and understood my concerns very wel...l. He reassured me he would do the best he could to help me out. He didn't promise anything just that he would do his best. He knew the officer by name which showed me that he had a lot of experience and that right there made me feel good and confident that he knew what he was doing. After 2 continuances, he was able to drop the reckless and the license display charges which was huge for me. He didn't drop the reckless to a speeding or to any lower charge... it was completely dismissed! At the end, he asked me how does it feel, I was speechless. Great job Jad! Hopefully I won't have to see you again, hah!

He's absolutely the best

I want to thank DWI Jad for your help in representing me. With a blood alcohol of .21 and driving a car with two flat tires, every lawyer I spoke to said my case was hopeless. Not only did you prevail at the department of Motor Vehicles, allowing me to keep my license, and on top of that, he was able... to get my court case entirely dismissed on a technicality.

He said it and did it

I had a reckless driving charge on my record (86/55) and my record wasn't exactly the best, so I talked to a couple different lawyers but their prices were way above what I wanted to pay ($700 and above). So I talked to Mr. Sarsour and the price he offered me was excellent and the outcome that he tol...d me was feasible was also not bad. He got it reduced down to speeding and the fine wasn't even as bad as I thought it would have been. I didn't even go to court; I just went about my day and was able to go to work. Definitely recommend if you're in a similar situation.
