Hands down amazing!

The whole group that worked with me on my case were very upfront and straight forward about the charges and how I should proceed. Got to the court and because of their expertise, all charges dropped but a traffic violation.

When you thought you knew but you really didn't know how much of the best you had representing you

I was charged with a DUI & DWI which was a first for me. When I contacted the firm I had an attorney (Arya) who spoke with me and told me what I needed to do expeditiously. Andrew Alpert (managing partner) was like a terminator in court. Not only was it clear that he was very well respected in the co...urtroom in Howard County. It was obvious to that there was a favorable rapport with States Attorney and the Judge handling my case. Andrew spoke like Perry Mason getting ready to bring the hammer down except he was representing me. The judge commented she was going to do something she had never done before while serving on the judicial bench. Andrew walked in before the case was heard and told me what he was able to get dropped and thrown out. I was immediately impressed. The result was the DUI was dropped and the breath test was thrown out (this is the type of stuff you only hear about or see on television) and there was no probation! That is right, no unsupervised or supervised probation. Andrew "took the fight to them" and we came out on top. I am great for this law firms direction and their actions. Constant communication and guidance truly help my case. Anyone who is thinking about representing themselves should NOT. I would earnestly, honestly recommend you hiring this firm. It will not only help your case but help you short and long term. I am grateful to this attorneys and their support staff.

Courtroom commander!

Mr. Alpert did a phenomenal job in preparing our courtroom defense and obtaining a most favorable outcome. He provided me with honest reassurance throughout the entire process. He knows the Montgomery County court system like the back of his hand. Five-star attorney!

I HAD A HEARING THIS MORNIG I WAS REPRESENTED BY ANDREW ALPERT 100% SATISFACTORY RESULT I WAS GONNA BE MY 2nd DUI AND WITH ALL THE PROFESSIONALISM HE DEFFENDED ME IN COURT TO THE POINT THAT THE RESULT WAS "DUI" NOT GUILTY "DWI" NOT GUILTY what does it means...no second dui i came out clean out of... that court hearing...... he always had the right question and the right answer for the PROSECUTOR & POLICE OFFICER apparently he"s got more knowledge about SOBRIETY PROCEDURES WHEN A OFFICER PULL YOU OVER he started putting the officer agains the wall I'm completely satisfy with his job i highly recommended their services.....CALL THEM NOW

Excellent Service!

Andy and his team were exceptional! Facing multiple criminal and traffic charges, Andy fought and got all criminal charges Null Processed and expunged!. Ended up with a minor traffic ticket, a small fine and no points on my license. That was a lot better than the jail time i was facing. I highly ...recommend him!
