Best Possible Outcome

I got myself in a pickle with serious legal issues due to a new DUI, with 2 priors, and one being less than 10 years. After online research and reading attorney reviews, I had a face-to-face meeting with Mr. Alpert. During our meeting, Mr. Alpert laid out a few "potential scenarios and possible out...comes in court". I retained him on the spot. I was impressed with his legal knowledge, history, experience and comfort level I had with him. Mr. Alpert is very understanding, personable, and compassionate and certainly not his first rodeo. His demeanor, logic, and how he approaches his case, along with excellent brief, yet clear communication skills enabled me to comprehend and fully understand what I needed to do as well as what was forth coming. Near the end of our meeting, he identified a long list of things and a clear road map of the work I would need to put in prior to trial. This was followed up with an email from his administrative staff. It was clear to me he was knowledgable with the law and legal aspacts of my case. He is extremely experienced with helpful lesson learned and data points from numerous previous cases. His input and direction was clearly defined, and was spot on once I landed in court and in front of the prosecutor and judge. What he described for the strategy and approach, was exactly how it played out in court. This helped to ease my nerves when I arrived in court and was in front of the judge, which for me was paramount and exactly what I hoped and prayed for. With 2 prior's, and fact that I was in fact impaired, while his hands were tied, Mr. Alpert by far got me the best possible outcome (no jail & no fine) and was all I could ask and hope for. He is a busy attorney, which at first, gave me some concern, however, once I saw his excellent approach in court, they respect they gave him, and how he interfaced with the prosecutor and judge, plus what learned independently from several others of his court room skills, it is very clear to me, my choice to have Mr. Alpert represent me was spot on. Further, if you find an attorney that is always available for your call and not working their cases or in trial, might want to re-think whether they are the right choice to represent you. Hands down best DWI/DUI attorney and worth every penny, especially if you have multiple DWI/DUI's. Thank God I found and retained Mr. Alpert. 5 Star's is not a high-enough rating!

Was it a Miracle or An amazing Attorney ?

What an amazing Attorney Andrew Alpert is. He went out of his way to deal with my 2nd DUI case and handled it in such a compassionate way like it had happened to his own family member. His Team members (specially Keri & Sandy), and him guided me every step of the way for last 8 months before appear...ing for the trial. Andrew Alpert is extremely knowledgeable and confident. His patience is really a virtue in my case, what an admirable quality. I was really panic and worried. Andrew Alpert went above and beyond to resolve the case in my favor, the outcome, just Probation Before Judgement. Just don’t forget that what you could face in MD for 2nd DUI. Mr. Alpert took me under his wing and showed the court and society the mistake I made do not reflect who I am as a person. Him & his team’s dedication to my case was beyond my expectations. What a caring, compassionate, sympathetic and over all, extremely knowledgeable Person Andrew Alpert is. He is a miracle! There is just no better Lawyer to have on your side through out the process. Look no where else, just call his team.

ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!!

I couldn't have asked for someone better to represent me in my case! Mr. Alpert and his whole team were professional and thorough. The outcome couldn't have been better considering what I was facing. I am so thankful!!!!!!!!

Early Termination of Probation

Mr. Alpert was very helpful from start to end of the process. He represented my case with zest and passion. Early termination of my unsupervised probation was granted. I was very happy and relieved. Thanks for his help.

Dui client

Mr. Alpert went above and beyond my expectations for court. His team is also very polite and professional and very helpful. I am still in shock at the outcome I received today at court. He was able to get all charges dismissed except one, which I plead guilty to an amended charge and only received a... fine. He is an excellent and experienced lawyer. If you want the best lawyer Mr. Alpert is that person. The team gives you a list of things to complete before court and trust me you want to do every last one of them. You have to work with the team for the best outcome with your court case. Trust me Mr. Alpert is the real deal!
