Helped me keep my license

I was looking at 8 points for getting hit with a 90 in a 70, unsafe lane change, and tailgating charges. Alpert never made any promises and made sure I knew exactly what to expect. We went in, he knew the judge, made me look like a productive member of society and got me from 8 points to 2 points and... a fine reduction. The 90 in a 70 got dropped to 84 in a 70 (this reduced 5 points), and then I got PBJ for the unsafe lane change and the last charge was dropped. Would recommend this attorney. Thank you Alpert.

Simply the best there is

After my first DUI, I was devasted. I was completely broken down and didn’t know what to do. After researching online, filling free consultation details, Mr. Arya Saleh contacted me and talked to me about my case and asked me to do my research about him and get back to him if I wanted to hire him. On...ce I met him and he literally took the weight off of my shoulders and laid out a game plan for me to follow while we waited for the court date. A week before my trial, I was informed that Mr. Alpert would be representing me in court. I was a little worried since I had contact only with Mr. Saleh. But when I researched and met Mr. Alpert on the day of my court, I knew I was in the best possible hands. Mr. Alpert is not only calm, but he is very observant and strategic in his planning. He kept me informed throughout the 2 hours that we were in court. I went in with expecting a PBJ (high-blow 0.16 and a minor accident). Who can think of walking away from that. Mr. Alpert played a master stroke and got the case dismissed. He even waited and filed my paperwork for expungement of records. He is the best in the business and if you find yourself charged with a DUI, Mr. Alpert is the person to go to! You will not find anyone better and more compassionate than him. I owe him and cannot thank him enough! Mr. Alpert, if you’re reading this, you’re my lifesaver! Thank you for everything!

So Glad I made the right choice....

Andrew David Alpert represented me for my second 2nd DUI, self involved rolled over accident, didn’t blow....ALL 5 charges dismissed. Attorney Andrew Alpert was on time, showed me his research highlighting how weak the case was. Attorney Andrew Alpert’s attention to detail was surprising. Attorney An...drew Alpert walked in the court room and in about 10 min came back with the good news. My Hero!

Attorney Alpert led me through my final court hearing last week to close out a DUI that I received almost a year ago. It was one of the most difficult years of my life, after having blown a .08 while driving home after a dinner with colleagues. Prior to hiring Mr. Alpert and his colleague Mr. Saleh..., I spoke with several other attorneys, all who said that because of my "squeaky clean" record, they were sure they could get me off with a PBJ. However, after carefully studying the details surround my arrest that night, Mr. Alpert, while not promising, was working for something else: to have my case dismissed. He is hugely respected throughout the state of Maryland and I was able to relax somewhat during the waiting process, knowing that whatever the outcome, I had the absolute best layer working for me. He far exceeded what I had hoped for and had all charges dropped except for a driving violation. I paid a fine, no points, and it's over. Everything will shortly be expunged from my record. If you're reading this, listen to me. It does make a difference who you hire. Mr. Alpert, I owe you more than I can possibly say, and I will never forget what you did for me!
