I was very nervous the day that my case arrived. I was facing an uncertain future and had an uneasy feeling about facing a judge that had complete control over it. Astonishing Representation!

Andy with his staff, are the right counsel to have by your side. He showed up with a level of confidence and reassured demeanor. I was facing a DUI, DWI, negligent driving, and a reckless driving. He had multiple areas to challenge my case, dissecting every moment in the stop. He broke down how... the initial stop was bad, the improper scoring of my sobriety test, and improper instructions to those test. The man knows the law. It was artful to see him work. FOREVER GRATEFUL

Let me express my deepest gratitude for the utmost privilege of hiring Alpert Schreyer's firm to represent me in court for my first and last DUI case. January 1st 2019, 8:57pm; i was arrested and charged with 9 offenses; 6 payable offenses amounting to $1010 total and 3 must appear offenses which ...includes DWI, DUI and DUI Per Se (BAC 0.16). With the technical expertise of Attorney Alpert and his colleagues at Alpert Schreyer, 8 of the charges were dismissed and i ended up with a 1yr PBJ unsupervised, minimal fine of $100, 8 hours of community service and a MADD panel session to attend. Attorney Alpert, i am for ever indebted to you and your firm. You did an amazingly wonderful job. My family and i will forever remained grateful.

Confident for a reason

The trial prep was thorough and left me fully prepared for my court date. Alpert had my first offense DUI dropped to a misdemeanor , and I did not have an easy case ( accident involved ). I was extremely nervous until I met Alpert the morning of my court date and his confidence and reassuring natu...re convinced me it would all be alright , which it was finally. After a word with the prosecutor and a brief court room procedural explanation to myself , Alpert had everything taken care of. " You get what you pay for " rings so true in this case , these guys are worth every penny and I have never doubted my decision to go with their firm.

Impressive Work!

Mr. Alpert is the real deal. His trial knowledge and preparation was first-rate and lead to a just acquittal on all counts. It is evident that he takes his work very seriously and knows how to effectively build a case. His wide breadth/depth of knowledge and recall of legal precedence was particularl...y impressive.
