Mr. Renner handled my 1031 Exchange and also has a QI in his office, Mr. Burgess he worked with to handle the sale funds for this process. This is an exchange allowing sale funds from one property to purchase another property tax free if certain qualifications are met. Mr. Renner did an excellent jo...b as always.
