Sharif is the best EB1A expert and overall detail-oriented, timely with a practical outlook to give you the extra edge in your application. When you engage with his firm, you are engaging with the most experienced. I do not have a Phd, and not too many publications (less than 100 citations). I wo...rk as a regular engineer in a Fortune 1000 company and from a country that is always backlogged. My friend recommended Sharif as someone who can help professionals with EB1A even if you have no PhD. I engaged with Sharif and after seeing his YouTube talk on the same topic. The first thing I absolutely love about Sharif is his detail oriented and specific nature. Essentially, he conducts deep background interviews to gather information for the application. He laid out to me, in plain language, what the requirements are from a law perspective. There are lots and lots of nuances, and Sharif breaks down so very well. He also brainstormed with me what counts as evidence - for instance, he pointed out that the work that I did in an NIW area can be emphasized more. Essentially, the most important part is the field of endeavor and Sharif surgically helps to sharpen this with hours and hours of discussion and evidence collection. There is also a second distinguishing feature - When you work with Sharif Silmi Law, you are working with THE Sharif. You are not passed on to someone else. This means, he is the one getting on a call with you - every single time. He makes time for you in his calendar and is always available via email. I have never had to wait more than a day for an email reply, and more than a day to get on his calendar. He prioritizes you and your application. No passing it on someone after initial review. Sharif drafted a strong application. He is not just persuasive, but makes it obvious for anyone reading, that you deserve an EB1A ASAP! The way he wrote and organized the application made all the difference. Next is his capable team. Sharif hires the best people to efficiently get the job done. For instance, my application ran 1185 pages - basically a lot, and lot of evidence. They work with you to land this for and get you to the finish line. FYI -- One of the teammates sent me the final application to review in the middle of the night on a weekend. They really want you to succeed and it absolutely shows. I can think of no other firm when it comes to all kinds of employment-based petitions, especially EB1A. I got my approval within just 10 days after we filed my I-140. EB1A is all about drafting the strongest application that is iron clad - no room for doubt, no room for error. Sharif is THE attorney to deliver this for you.

Summary: Attorney Sharif is an immigration guru. You should definitely consult with him if you are looking for an intelligent, honest, and trustworthy immigration lawyer. When I was contemplating pursuing the EB-1A path for my Green Card a few months ago, I came across Attorney Sharif Silmi’s high...ly informational YouTube channel. When I was ready to move forward with my petition, I interviewed about ten immigration lawyers. I chose to move forward with him because of his in-depth experience in this area and unique insights & winning strategies he shared with me during the initial consultation call. I have worked with several immigration firms throughout my career on various employment visa-related issues, including a very well-known immigration firm that my employer retained in 2020 to petition an EB-1B case for me (which wasn’t successful). Compared to other immigration firms/lawyers, working with Attorney Sharif’s team was so refreshing and impressive. Attorney Sharif is highly detail-oriented, systematic, and methodological. He not only explained all the EB-1A requirements in detail, but he also described what I exactly need to do to satisfy those requirements and shared his insights on how a USCIS adjudicator would evaluate my petition. Attorney Sharif is passionate and committed. He and his team are highly reliable, approachable, and helpful. Outside of our regular video calls, I asked them a lot of questions, and they got back to me all the time within 24 hours. I got to participate in the entire process closely and felt like a core member of their team. He maintains a really high bar for quality. After the petition draft was ready, we went back and forth a few times to ensure that our final petition was of excellent quality. My EB-1A petition was filed with Premium Processing at the NSC in April 2021 and got approved within five days. After my EB-1A approval, he also filed an interfiling request to move my pending AOS petitions to the newly approved EB-1A petition. Attorney Sharif would go above and beyond to make you successful. He has a lifelong customer in me.

Mr. Sharif is a craftsman, a master at paying close attention to understanding the relevant and s...pecific details, and then presenting the case in a compelling manner. Mr. Sharif wouldn’t cut corners, and also understands that a long list may not necessarily be a good list. He is an expert at building an excellent case around what matters. He is focused, dependable, and works relentlessly to ensure that the case being submitted is perfect. In addition to being a result-oriented go-getter, Mr. Sharif is also very collaborative, open to listening, and a compassionate human being. Mr. Sharif is honest and communicates clearly. Mr. Sharif also patiently offered his kind guidance during the turbulent immigration environment of 2020. Further, working with Mr. Sharif has been enriching and rewarding as well. As a Happy, Thankful and Grateful client, I and my family shall always be indebted to Mr. Sharif and his A-team (Ms. Rabia, Ms. Gabriela, and Ms. Anais) for their wonderful support in making this life changing EB1A I-140 approval happen. I strongly recommend Mr. Sharif and his awesome team as a trusted partner in all immigration related matter, in particular for EB1A. We have naturally retained Mr. Sharif’s team for the AOS and future phases.

While searching for a credible EB1A lawyer I came across Mr. Sharif’s videos on YouTube on the topic and liked the fact that he doesn’t have a cookie cutter approach towards preparing EB1A petitions. Our case was unique, and we were under a time crunch to avoid one of my children from aging out. On c...ontacting his law firm his assistant, Ms. Rabia, scheduled an hour-long appointment where he reviewed my profile and agreed to take my case. He guided us like a visionary in what will qualify as a strong evidence and will help our case and what won’t. He guided us to narrow down my field of endeavor in Information Technology, so that evidence could be made unique, more persuasive and effective. He evaluated the evidence I provided of my achievements in my field of endeavor and presented it in a very persuasive manner. Unfortunately, my case received an RFE, but Mr. Sharif helped us very strategically and methodically to respond to the RFE. He does not take shortcuts or cut corners in preparing the petition or response to an RFE even if it goes beyond 500 plus pages. Now we have our approved EB1A I-140 in our hand that gives us a great sigh of relief. We are very-much 'THANKFUL' to Mr. Sharif. My family will always be grateful to Mr. Sharif and his awesome team (Ms. Rabia and Ms. Gabriela) for the marvelous work they have done. If I were to use just one word for him, I would call him a 'SUPER-EB1A-Attorney.'
