Sharif is a super attorney with lots of confidence in his abilities. I had a very pleasant and rewarding experience with Sharif for my EB1 filing. As lots of people from India, I was stuck in the EB2 queue for 8 yrs before I was put into contact with Sharif from Mr Shah (Shah Peerally Group). He did ...a very thorough evaluation of my case and was very confident that I can apply in EB1 category. He immediately set up few sessions with me for collecting necessary documents and building up the case. Once we had everything, the most interesting part is his RFE review process and if the case clears it, it will be through. We did go back and forth on few things to make sure that my case gets approved in first attempt itself. It definitely would test your patience but in the end, its worth it. I had my approval in a week after USCIS received it. He is very detailed and understands the concerns that everyone in my boat, would have. Once we are done with my I140 approval, I have retained Sharif's services for I485 and next phases. He is definitely someone that I can completely trust with and would strongly recommend him for any immigration requirements. Thanks Sharif! You are the man!

Search for the best and the brightest EB1A lawyer stops with Mr. Sharif Silmi. Sharif is the most knowledgeable, dedicated, focused and compassionate lawyer I have come across in Immigration matters particularly for EB1A.. His attention to detail is astounding. Before embarking on this journey , plea...se remember that this is not a timeboxed process. It will go through multiple iterations and one need to be patient and trust the process and above all trust Sharif. For me Sharif is the EB1A wizard . Every Q&A I had with Sharif, took the case to a new height. Every case is unique and so is its approach. Sharif will push you and you might feel its too much but just trust him and his process and you will see the final positive desired outcome. For my case, anything that Sharif asked, I never questioned. I just got it done. If one can clear Sharif's RFE review phase then trust me you are good. Sharif is also extremely collaborative and open for suggestions. Keep it real and keep it honest and rest Sharif will guide you. I highly recommend Sharif for all EB1A cases. He is 100/100 for me.

Having hired Mr. Sharif's services I can state that he is the best most multitalented Immigration and Business mind I have come across. I started with the problem of having my relatives in the USA but no one could figure out a pathway for my immigration. Sharif told me about an investment visa that i...s special for Pakistan and some other countries. He walked me through the process of safely and carefully investing my money into a solid foundation business that allowed me to apply for a successfully receive a visa. I am so greatful to Mr. Sharif for everything he has done for me and my family and I highly recommend him. He is also very kind and humble person.

I would mention Sharif as one of the best Attorneys i have worked with. I still remember the day when i started my first discussion with sharif and how confident he was after analysing my case that this is a possible success file for EB1 . He guided me thru the entire process but was very methodical... and perfect in terms of the documentation he wants to submit. He never tend to the pressure from me to finish faster rather really focussed on perfection when submission. I still remember him saying that the file should pass his RFE check to get submitted. Finally on the day of approval i felt relieved. Sharif knows exactly how, when and what to be formulated in the correct way possible. i would recommend sharif to everyone who ever is thinking about hiring a lawyer for 2 reasons one is 100 % success and second is he will listen to you fully and formulates the petition in a result oriented direction.
