Craig Kadish saved my career! I carry a CDL license and was driving on Interstate 95 and was pulled over by a police officer in Anne Arundel County. As soon as I opened the truck door the officer was demanding, rude and completely disrespectful. He loudly accused me of being intoxicated in front of... another officer who was training with him and demanded I step out of my cab. I was not drunk, wasn’t even drinking and was so upset about being mistreated and the names he was calling me, I decided not to blow. He immediately arrested me. I ended up being charged with a DUI and with prescription medications, which I was legitimately taking and they didn’t influence by ability to drive. This was the worst experience of my life. A friend who had also been arrested for a CDL DUI issue used Mr. Kadish and raved about how he was not afraid to stand up to the police. I couldn’t risk losing my career and my license so I went with the best and hiring Mr. Kadish was the best move I could have made. From the time I went to Mr. Kadish’s office, I immediately felt better. The entire staff was helpful, friendly and answered my questions any time of the day. I was intimidated by the plaques and awards in his office but he was down to earth and a straight shooter. He gives it to you how it is and has certainly earned all of those awards after my experience with Mr. Kadish and his firm. As it turned out Mr. Kadish learned that the police officer that arrested me had a video recorder in his police car which supposedly recorded the entire traffic stop. Mr. Kadish demanded the police give him a copy of that video but the video mysteriously “couldn’t be provided or found. “ Mr. Kadish told me it was clear to him they were hiding the video because it would prove my innocence. He threatened to file for sanctions against the police and even went so far as to contact a state senator for my about the missing video!!! Soon after the 6 charges of DUI and 2 for prescription meds were COMPLETELY THROWN OUT! Thank you Mr. Kadish you saved my clean driving record and my career.
