I'm going through a divorce and reached out to Mrs. Kowitz for second opinions and clarification on the some of the legal "stuff" I was hearing. Shannon is a wonder woman. She represented my husband in child custody case over the last several months. This case was complex involving sexual issues an multiple states. Although Shannon is only licensed for Maryland she took her time to gather information and make contact with all parties involved... and gave us the best advice possible.I can not say enough about this wonderful lady.
