Simply the best!

Stuart is simply the best! I needed to hire an attorney for child support and many years of child support arrearages owed to me by my ex-husband. I was on a very tight budget in terms of even being able to afford an attorney and get through this process. During my initial consultation with Stu, ...he spent over 2 hours discussing my case – and I knew then and there he was not your typical lawyer. I never felt rushed to leave, nor did I ever feel like he was just in it for the money and I was just another case. Understanding my financial concerns, Stu decided to have another one of his associates be the lead on my case, at a lower rate, but with Stu’s consultation throughout the whole process at NO charge. So, I had the experience of two lawyers handling my case, but only one hourly rate. It’s a demanding process, and with working full-time and being a full-time Mom there were many times I felt like just throwing in the towel and giving up, but each time Stu and his associate were there offering support, encouragement and guidance. Stu is a kind man, who even attended the final court ordered mediation at NO charge in an effort to help get my case settled. Stu and his associates have my highest recommendation. I just cannot say enough good things about this firm.

Summation for a Great Barrister

Stuart H. Grozbean loves the law. He is the embodiment of an advocate for fairness and justice. My decision to seek a divorce was not a cavalier one. I recognized that there could be no “winners” in these matters. The duration of the initial call to Mr. Grozbean exceeded the advertised “free consult...ation” time frame. During the conversation, he repeatedly emphasized the importance of mediation versus adjudication or arbitration. He also recommended a mediator. I called again, seeking additional advice, which he provided without charge. Failing all attempts to persuade my spouse to attend a mediation session, I retained Mr. Grozbean. With few assets at stake and a recalcitrant spouse, Mr. Grozbean consistently provided excellent advice and counsel, and timely responses to requests for interrogatories and production of documents. His relationship with other members of the bar proved invaluable. If one finds the need for representation in a divorce action, he/she would be hard-pressed to find anyone better than Stuart H. Grozbean! I highly recommend his services without qualification.

Stuart is a rockstar!

I just got back from a four hour mediation with Stuart by my side, and let me tell you, he got me more than I thought I could get, and never wavered. Let him do the talking , you won't regret it!

Great lawyer, wish I had hired him first!

I was very pleased with the service I received from Mr. Grozbean. He hung in there through a lengthy and often bizarre divorce. I wish I had hired him first, I think my divorce would have been over much more quickly. I recommend Mr. Grozbean. He is ruthless when he has to be but is very compassionate... to the plight of his clients. He is very knowledgeable and his contacts are invaluable. He stayed during a very long mediation despite being very ill. He is dedicated and will do what it takes to help his clients.
