Was lied to about the specifics of the ignition interlock program and was recommended the worst ignition interlock provider there is. Machine was malfunctioning the entire time and in no way... was willing to help me out of any situation where the state of Maryland screwed me from his recommendations. From a legal standpoint a good lawyer if you have ammunition for him.
