Ms Sei-Hee Arii is a powerful, caring and knowledgeable lawyer. On the 01/01/2022 at 11:57pm, I had DUI/DWI and Negligent driving vehicle in a careless and imprudent manner which are three charges. I was confused, frustrated and thought my whole life has come to an end. I contacted sever...al lawyers, they told me that it will be difficult to win the MVA hearing and that I should go and put the ignition interlock device, which I will have to blow before the car will start and that will show that I have know alcohol in my system. That device will have to be in my car for one year. And that they will handle the case in court. I went on line again and I saw Ms Sei-Hee Arii profile / review and I called her, she listen to my case and told me that I should not worry, and that she is going to handle both the MVA hearing and the court case for me. She gave me hope when there was no hope. I had confidence in her base on her profile review and case records. So, on 14th-March-2022, we went for the MVA hearing, behold, Ms Sei-hee Arii Presented a wonderful defense and I warn the MVA hearing. Today 06 -September-2022, we went for the court case For the DUI,DWI and Reckless driving case and Ms Sei-Hee Ari did wonderfully well and all the charges were dropped. That is I warn my case. Ma'am, I am short of words, I am so proud of you. Please, if you have DUI/DWI, Just contact Ms Sei-Hee Arii and she is going to handle and solve the case for you.

DUI, DWI, and 3 other charges dismissed!!

I highly recommend Ms. Sei-Hee Arii. From the start, she calmed me down, and told me to focus on school and that everything would be okay. I trusted her and she fought for me. I was found not guilty on all 5 charges and am now walking away free from all charges. She also represented me in my MVA hear...ing and helped me avoid getting an interlock. She is literally a miracle worker! She did not give up on me and I couldn't be more grateful.

Very respectful and knowledgeable lawyer

My initial contact was through a short Google search, which I found Sei-Hee and her website nearly immediately. She returned a response within maybe an hour of my request for consult. Scheduled a time to speak over the phone, during covid and within the middle of the holiday season, for later on that... day after receiving that response. After that consult, I hired her immediately, knowing that I'd found the representation I needed. I paid my initiall fee and set up scheduling to make monthly payments there after. She made me feel like an important client throughout the entire process. She made my MVA visits more tolerable and less painful after several attempts on my own to reinstate my license privileges. She continued to check in with me from time to time to assure me I wasn't alone, to relax and allow her to handle my troubles. She was very kind, respectful and knowledgeable about the court hearing process, different judges and what to expect from all angles, options that would serve my best interests. After being pulled over and charged with a DUI, Sei-Hee Arii was recommended to me by a friend who Sei-Hee had represented for a similar case. From our first conversation Sei-Hee was honest with what I was facing and laid out a clear path to follow in order to get the best possible result. Her proact...ive measures helped me face my mistake head on, and then make a plan to attack it. Once we got to the day of court Sei-Hee was more than prepared for everything that was thrown at us. She was very clear with what the worst case scenario could be and articulated her plan if we were to go to trial. The confidence gained from Sei-Hee's knowledge of the Maryland court system gave me the certainty to fight my case instead of accepting the reduced offer of the State's attorney. As a result, Sei-Hee successfully litigated my case and all charges I faced were subsequently dismissed.
