Dedicated Legal Representation Leading to Positive Resolution

When I contacted Sei-Hee for my second DWI, I felt certain that jail time was in my future. I was scared of spending time there and of how a second conviction could impact my career. Sei-Hee's knowledgeable approach and personable demeanor allowed me a shockingly positive resolution - the charges wer...e dropped and she helped me immediately file for expungement upon completion of trial. Her prices were fare and she fights for her clients more than the standard DUI lawyer.

Excellent Service!

I enlisted the services of Ms. Arii when I got slapped with 7 tickets - 1 being a DUI. Ms. Arii was very responsive and helpful during the whole process. When it came to my court date, she successfully convinced the prosecutor to strike a plea bargain. My 7 tickets were dismissed and I ended up with ...a PBJ for reckless driving. I am in the process of expunging that from my records. I am very pleased with the outcome and am thankful to Ms. Arii for helping me move on from this.

Wonderful!

I was charged with a DUI in late 2014. I've never had any run-ins with the law before and didn't know where to even start looking for a lawyer to handle my case. I talked to a number of DUI lawyers and ended up choosing Sei-Hee, a decision I'm so glad I made. I wanted Sei-Hee to represent me because ...she showed genuine interest in my case, whereas I felt like "just another routine DUI case" when I reached out to other lawyers and firms. Sei-Hee is a very understanding person, super responsive, and knows the MoCo court system well. She kept me informed throughout the process and was very helpful in accommodating my schedule and the fact I reside and work in NYC. Additionally, she did her due diligence to look beyond the just the surface of what happened to get the full story. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent DUI lawyer in MoCo.

Does great work

Sei-Hee is extremely competent and is willing to work with you. I had a DUI charge and she was very thorough about advising me about the different dynamics in court that may impact how I should plead (eg. how the judge typically rules in similar cases, presence of certain witnesses etc). Very res...ponsive and empathetic as well! I'd definitely hire her again

Sei-Hee cares about her clients

I was lucky enough to have Sei-Hee by my side when it really mattered. Her analytical and interpersonal skills are above par and she's more than willing to put in the time it takes to get your matter resolved. I highly recommend Sei-Hee.
