Excellent choice for mediation and/or legal counsel regarding divorce/ separation. Superb follow-up and clarification of the issues. He is almost always in office and answers his phone! Displays common sense most attorneys seem to lack. My case was settled via mediation, therefore I do not have ac...tual trial/ courtroom experience with Mr. Gross.

Note the five stars across the board. I don't normally give anyone that rating but Jim Gross earned the rating and my trust. This was my third attorney in five years that I've hired to deal with my separation, divorce and child custody issues. The previous two were not responsive and difficult... to deal with. Thyden, Gross and Callahan advertise their firm as being responsive and when I interviewd Jim, he gave me his personal assurance he would always be available - and if he wasn't someone from his firm would be. He was absolutely consisten with that promise and no query or question ever went unanswered. He also worked diligently to get me what I was seeking and setup and successfully mediated an agreement without having to go to court.
