Excellent lawyer

Mr. Lastra is professional at all times. He prepares you for any and all aspects of your case. He is highly prepared both in the office and the court. He will fight for your rights. Cross-examines witnessess well and will support you with well thought-out arguements in front of the judge.

Full service and support when it was needed.

I was fortunate to have been referred to Mr. Lastra when I needed expert professionalism. At the beginning of my case, I hadn't yet realized the extent of my need, and thankfully he was prepared to handle each new, and sometimes unexpected, detail that arose. Carlos handled my case start to finish th...rough a lengthy and difficult process from initial consultation through litigation. He was well prepared each time we met and each time we interacted with other parts of the system. He was highly knowledgeable of the applicable law, as demonstrated in our own interactions and those with other representatives of the the system. This preparation was also apparent as he made sure that applicable law and practice were explained to me at each step of the way. His discretion was impeccable when it came to making decisions on whether to move with decisive action or to take a more circumspect approach.
