I was in a single car accident where I wrecked my car. I was charged with DUI, DWI, reckless driving, transporting a minor, and barrage of other charges. Michael Berman started by convincing the judge to grant a motion to suppress the fact that I refused to take the field sobriety test (which I didn’t even think was possible) in doing so, the officer couldn’t even state it in the case. He selected the jury with strategy and intention as if he were on trial himself. When the trial finally started, the show began. Immediately Michael Berman grabbed the attention of the court room, with his energy and delivery of the facts, the judge and jury were left in awe. Micheal was as confident and persuasive as he was knowledgeable. He destroyed the prosecution’s argument and absolutely shredded the officers testimony so much that he became a mere portion of himself.
