Once again Kevin did and exceptional job with his professional knowledge and aggressive gunslinging defensive mannerism that anyone would want for there defense in a courtroom trial. He has never been the plea bargain type of lawyer that is the normal procedure in saint marys county these days. Kevi...n has been my choice for a lawyer because of his aggressive style. No matter the case, anything from narcotics, domestic problems,dwi,assault,or driving violations. If the states attorney does not offer a plea deal that is to good to pass up then he is always willing to do his homework and prepare to square off in a trial, which unless you have truly been through a trial you must know it is stressful and there are no guarantees just as in the winner of a football game no matter the odds. So I have chosen to use him for these reasons most all my representations by him usually go to trial,once I have provided him with my versions of the incident and evidence I may have I leave the rest to him. He will pick apart the states attorney and police officer to the point that it comes to light that the police lie, decieve, and manipulate most times,and the states attorney is usually coaching the officers and helping them hide and deseve or destroy evidence.as sad as it may sound you are guilty until proven innocent. Until you are put into one of these positions no matter how good a person you are how much money you make or your profession you could easily find yourself in trouble one day and think you are going to get preferential treatment because you have never been in trouble a day in your life.Thats going to be your glad you choose Kevin to represent you. Today this was proven again when we ended a 6 hour trial in aquital fory 5th driving on revoked.
