Mr. Pricone in no way did a poor job with my case. Dui 2nd has mandatory minimums and that's that. Where he faultered was his understanding of jail regulations. I was told I would be able to take a medication with me into the work release program, when in fact being on that medication kept me out of ...the work release program. Had he known it wasnt allowed, i would have weened off the medication leading up to court, and the time I was incarcerated I would have been able to still work. That was unforgiveable Mr. Pricone, you gave me bad information. Being off work for those 3 weeks could have cost me a lot had i not been able to get a loan to help me out. As a lawyer, being right about information you provide is mandatory.

He was always available for questions and answered all inquiries. He goes the distance for his client and explains everything in detail no mat...ter how big or small.
