I'm more than happy with Eric presenting my teenager who was charged with a felony on school ground. I had a couple of consultation with different lawyers, who for the most part wanted to spend time and money fighting prosecution head on. Eric was the third and final lawyer I meet with, I rea...lly appreciated how Eric decided to look at the charge and my son's young age (15) and decided to reach out to the Prosecutor to try settle the matter out of court. Eric did explain that settling out of court was a long shot, but he was very confident that at the very least the felony would be dropped down to a misdemeanor without much effort on his part. This is where Eric's effort really worked out for us. Eric took the time talk to my son, get to know him, and figured out that since it's his first brush with the law (even though it's a felony) the Youth Restorative Justice program would be the path to settle the charge. Eric worked with the Prosecutor and Youth Restorative Justice counselor to get him into the program. My son's felony charge was dismissed after a year of staying out of trouble and 50 hours of community service. I can't thanks Eric enough for not accepting the easy way out of the case and instead taking the time to do what best for my son's outcome and his future. Thank You very much Eric.
