From the beginning consultation the only thing I was promised is that every stone would be uncovered. I was looking at two years in prison for a fourth DUI. Even though I was not traffic stopped I pulled into a driveway that had a "house watch" so the officers washed there hands and didn't think twic...e about the case. Eric was persistent on trying to contact both officers with no avail, and when going to the preliminary he got every question out that we needed. Me being shaky and nervous as usual in court he was confident and prepared.
