Very helpful

Mike helped reduce my DUI charge down to a reckless driving. He did everything that he promised he would and in the end, I left relieved and thrilled about my case. I have recommended several of my friends to Mike and he is the only lawyer I will use from here on out.

Misleading

Mr. Pignone represented me on a DWI case and it was amended to reckless driving. However, he was very misleading and non responsive to my inquiries. I had to call him several times to get a response. He called me several time until I hired him. After payment, he never called. I had to repeatedl...y call him to get a response to my questions. He was also misleading about my plea agreement. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

DUI, Reckless Driving, Hit & Run

I hired Mike to represent me for the charges above. We went to court 4 different times. He was finally able to show the prosecutor the differences in the stories told by the officers and the witnesses. They finally had to agree and dismissed all of the charges. I would've lost my job if that wasn't t...he outcome. I can't thank him enough.

great defender

I was charged with DUI .15 which carries jail time. I was very nervous. He helped talk me though it and was very attentive to my case. Was able to lower the charge and not have to go to jail. Felt like I was in good hands.

DUI, Refusal

I was charged with DUI and refusal in Prince William County. I interviewed Mr. Pignone and several other attorneys. The others said the best I could hope for was take the refusal and not drive at all for a year or plead to the DUI. Mr. Pignone said let's go to trial and after much arguement the judge... dismissed both charges. I walked away with nothing. I can't thank Mr. Pignone enough.
