I made a horrible mistake and got arrested for a DUI. This was my second offense. Embarrassingly, I blew a high number. I was shocked when Mike told me if convicted I would go to jail for 20 days and lose my license for 3 years! I trusted Mike with my case and my fate. I hired Mr. Pignone for a DUI and a refusal. He continued the case 4 times without additional charge to force the prosecutor to provide discovery. Yesterday, they still hadn't given it to us. Mr. Pignone refused to let them continue it again. I ended up with a Reckless Driving, no ASAP classes and no... loss of license. Oh, the refusal was also dismissed.
