Worth Every Penny!!!

I just worked with David Dischley on a Domestic Assault Battery Case. I was wrongfully accused of this charge, just for defending myself. I had a lot of thoughts going through my mind. I was terrified that I would be charged with something I didn't do. I called and spoke with quite a few lawyers but ...none of them were a good fit for me. The moment I called David, I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and experience with working on this kind of case. Even better he use to be in the military and I needed someone who knew how the military operated. He made me feel so comfortable over the phone that I was ready to hire him after 10 minutes of just speaking with him. Something in the tone of his voice said how passionate he was about the law and helping me out. His confidence was great and he was able to assure me that he could help. From the moment I hired him he got right down to work on my case. He even extended his services for me. Whenever I had any questions he was right there. He always emailed me back or called right away. I honestly didn't worry to much about my case with him being my lawyer. David was persistent and kept calling the prosecutor on my case to get the charges dropped. The case did not end up going to court, they were dropped. However, I do honestly believe it was because I had him in my corner. David went to court with me and was always on time. My husbands lawyer is a big bully and David did not once back down. We were always on the same page. It was nice to hear him say don't worry about anything and to know he had my back. I strongly suggest hiring David Dischley if your looking for someone who will go above and beyond for you. I feel like he set such a high standard that any lawyer I work with in the future will not be able to compare.

Speeding ticket dismissed yesterday! Thanks to David

David Dischley was very helpful in my case, he accomplished my outcome! He was able to get my case dismissed, and that's all I wanted. He was very patient, gave me the cost benefit analysis before I retained him and even called me/text me as he was handling my case. Many attorneys now a days dont or ...won't even talk to you until retained, but David was very personable and called me as soon as I sent in a request. He was honest and gave me all info about the case and how to tackle it, so we could accomplish a dismissal. I told David before I retained him, that I ideally want a dismissal and he assured me that was possible. Thank you David for the dismissal on my ticket.

OMG! A lwayer who doesnt wanna dupe you

I am from Maryland and got two tickets last weekend, I shopped around and the lawyers were just there to scare but this one was detailed, honest and did not sell me his service for my fear. I so appreciate talking to him, totally recommend such honesty.

Told him what I needed. He got it done.

I had David represent me recently for my reckless driving case in Arlington and from the get-go he was very responsive and personable. I had spoke with several other attorneys prior to David while shopping around but David was the only one that could come up with a strategy and a plan on the spot on...ce I told him the details. Turned out to be very good advice and I was able to get off the hook with just a speeding violation despite my two speeding tickets just 6 months prior. Overall, I was very satisfied with his service and would recommend him to anyone that needs representation for a reckless driving charge.

GENIUS !!! HE PULLS OFF THE IMPOSSIBLE!!! AMAZING!!!

STOP WHAT YOU'RE DOING. IF YOU NEED AN ATTORNEY - THIS IS YOUR GUY!!! LOOK NO FURTHER - TRUST ME!! My case was a speeding case. Like many who stumbled upon David's website for a good attorney to help you through this, a part of you still just doesn't know. Put that thought to rest righ...t now. I thought for sure, I was going to jail. Nope. Didn't even step foot into one - all thanks to David! David not only answered ALL of my questions - he never got frustrated with me about the emails I have sent. haha I may have sent him a few haha. He was always patient - always kind and when you meet him - he has this way about him to put you at ease when everything else about you is freaking out. I was literally shaking waiting outside the courtroom. He put me at ease and calmed me down. What David did was nothing short of him being a genius, and what I like most about hims is that HE REALLY DOES CARE ABOUT YOU. He REALLY does.
