Dischley is (in a good way) a bro

David Dischley called me back promptly after I contacted his office, which was greatly appreciated. At this point I had "consulted" a few lawyers in his area. I put the consultations in quotes because none of those firms actually called back with their actual lawyers, and were quick to push for retai...ner fees by invoking scare tactics. David was the opposite. He gave advice, assurance, and wouldn't accept a retainer (I asked him if I could go ahead for my own peace of mind) unless I absolutely needed it after following his advice. He understood the situation well, and he also clearly knows the location and local public workers in his city/county, which I've (unfortunately) learned is very important for a good lawyer. He seemed quite personable and friendly, but most importantly to me he was patient and available. I highly recommend this lawyer for any concerns one may have with issues in northern Virginia or Prince William County.

Exceeded our expectations

I wanted to take a moment and leave a review regarding my experience with David Dischley. I could not be more grateful and encouraged by the care and professionalism I received from David and his team. My family and I are from California. While in Virginia to visit our daughters in college we rec...eived a speeding ticket which they wanted to bump up to a felony “Reckless Driving” based on the mph over the speed limit. Being from out of state this was very overwhelming. Of the five or six lawyers I reached out to David responded within 24 hours personally to give our case a review and see if he could help. He was kind, he was knowledgeable and he was fair. He didn’t try to quote me the cheapest price, he was straightforward about what he thought he could do for us and what it would take. We chose to move forward with him and his team and it was the best decision we could have made. As a pastor and military family I place a great value on integrity and honesty. From day one David and his team followed up on each email, phone call, question and requirement. Being out of state I was very worried that someone might try to take advantage of our situation. David and his team answered all our questions and when it came time for our case to be heard he exceeded our expectations. Having run a business previously, I was blessed and surprised that he didn’t charge us a dime more than the first quote even though we probably asked more questions than normal being out of state. If you are looking for excellence, service, and integrity you can be confident that David and team will make sure you are well represented. Excellent defense attorney!

I cannot express enough gratitude for the outstanding service I received from Dischley Law. Great Attorney

This is my second engagement with Mr. Dischley. Back in 2017 was our family's first involvement with him involving an issue with our young son. He provided tremendous assistance due to his thorough knowledge of the law and great common sense and the outcome was very favorable. On top of that he ...has a natural ability as a great listener. The aforementioned is why I contacted him again recently for an issue which involved a consultation. He again provided excellent advice. Mr. Dischley displays all the traits and skills one wants in an attorney. He understands the issues he is presented with since it is highly likely he has been involved in similar cases during his impressive career that spanned the US Marine Corps, Loudoun Co Prosecutor's Office and Private Practice. He understood our situation both times we engaged with him and he provided extremely valuable guidance that you might not find with just any attorney. It's too bad I'm limited in giving him only 5 stars, because 10 would be more appropriate.

Excellent Attorney

I hired Mr. David Dischley as my attorney. He is a Responsive and extremely professional attorney. He knows how to win in the court. He worked as a prosecutor before in the court. Is hard to find a lawyer that has been a prosecutor before in the Court. This is a privilege and a plus to consider for... your case. He has experience in the Local Courts. This aspect of deciding on the right attorney is one that is often overlooked, but local connections and relationships can go a long way when fighting a criminal charge. You have to consider if your case goes to trial you want an attorney with trial experience and David Dischley has all those experiences. He works very hard for his clients and pays you all the attention you need for your legal case. You don't feel alone because he is there fighting for you! I would Highly recommend his firm!!! He is reliable, compassionate, and very knowledgeable and great for what he does. If you want to achieve the best possible results in the court you are in the right place!
