Truly Impeccable and the Best of the Best

A little background of me- I was enlisted in the Marines then got out of active duty. After getting out, I was unfortunately pulled over and processed for a DUI case. I was fortunate to have a friend recommend me to Mr. Dischley. Once I called Mr. Dischley, it was honestly the best feeling ever. We d...iscussed my case and from there he did not stop until the court dropped my case. Being prior service, just like Mr. Dischley, he WILL go through thick and thin for you. He is truly the best lawyer and more importantly ally you can have on your side. I am truly thankful for Mr. Dischley representing and dropping my case. Please do yourself a favor and look no further. Mr. Dischley is not out there for your money. Very Favorable DUI Outcome.

David's preparation and attention to detail made the difference here. Read on: I was arrested for DUI in Arlington with an elevated BAC of 0.16. Very stupid decision on my part to even drive, and honestly, the officers had me dead-to-rights. They weren't looking to bust anybody; they were just checki...ng my parked car to see if everything was okay. It was going to jeopardize everything I wanted to do for the next few years career-wise. Upon my first consultation with David, he demonstrated his extensive knowledge of not only the law, but also his knowledge of the nature of Arlington County in particular and all of the people involved, including the judges and prosecutors. This gave me faith that, even though I was pretty much screwed, I at least had a competent attorney representing me. Nice guy too. Case got continued once, and then on my final court date, David discovered that the police had not filed the breathylizer report in time (and thus could not be admitted as evidence on that day--would be admitted down the road if the case got continued), and found out that the officer had not been resposive to the district attorney. He knows the DA very well, and used this information as leverage in negotiating a plea deal for my case. He got the DA to agree to reduce the charge to Reckless Driving, which does come with a license suspension and a few days in jail, but it's not a DUI. And if you know anything about Virginia, and particularly Arlington, you know that getting a DUI reduced to Reckless Driving rarely happens, and if you have an elevated BAC, it never ever, never ever ever happens. This happened 2 days ago, and I'm still getting used to the idea that my license is only suspended for 6 months, and that I won't have to have an interlock installed in my car, and that I'm not going to have to explain on every job application that I got convicted of a DUI. David Dischley is a Beast, and a really great guy in general. I have no doubt that his preparation, attention to detail, and work ethic carries over into the other areas of law he covers as well. Hire him. You won't regret it.

Phenomenal!!

Mr.Dischley is by far the best Lawyer I've had the privilege of working with. Not only is he a great Lawyer, he is a great person who genuinely cares for his client's well being. I was charged with reckless driving(93/55) and Mr.Dischley got my charges reduced to an improper infraction, no jail time..., no suspended license, and a low fine. I am VERY pleased with the outcome and I highly recommend Mr. Dischley to handle all of your legal issues, you will not be disappointed!

Far exceeded my expectations

I hired David Dischley to represent me in my DUI, reckless driving, & refusal to submit to a breathalyzer charges this year and I could not be happier with my decision. I called a few other lawyers and knew as soon as I spoke with him that he was my lawyer even though I never met him in person until ...my first court appearance. Living across the country made things more difficult but David was available every time time I contacted him and always got back to me with answers in a timely manner, at times even caring enough to reassure me that all would be ok. This was, after all, my first time going through any sort of court proceedings. Through this difficult time of unknown and stress, he made sure I knew all of the ways my case could turn out so that I was prepared for all the possible outcomes. What I am most impressed with is the fact that he really listened to me and took into consideration my desired outcome. Although we were presented with a deal at every court appearance, he did not push me to accept anything I wasn't happy with even if it mean coming back to court, which we did a total of 4 times. In the end I never accepted a plea because I was so confident in his knowledge of the court system and opinions as a professional defense (and previously prosecuting) lawyer and I am so glad I did. I left with a verdict of not guilty on the DUI charge which is what I was hoping for. So, to anyone reading this: give him a call! He offers free consultations and his fee is very reasonable. I know I will be referring him to anyone that asks me who my lawyer was.

Ten Out of Ten! Fantastic Job!

From the Moment I met with him for a consultation he went above and beyond to make sure i had all the information possible. I originally had a public defender but felt she wasn't treating my case like she would her paid clients. I hadn't even retained David yet and he was giving me as much informatio...n and legal advice as he possible could. He explained to me the things to look for in a good lawyer even if i didn't hire him. That proved to me off the bat that he had my best interest in mind. I was faced with with what seemed like an impossible situation of 3 charges of grand larceny. As a poor english speaker (I had my Kids translate this for me) and little knowledge of the legal system I hadn't known my rights when I was given my summons at the store. Being a Legal Resident I feared my Immigration status could be in jeopardy. Once knowing this, David made that his priority. That no matter the outcome, he got me off to where Id still be allowed to live in the same country as my husband and two kids. There wasn't once throughout the process when i felt he didn't have time to get back to me or answer any of my questions. He made sure to let me know all the possible outcomes. Im very happy with my experience with David and would definitely recommend him to anyone needing legal advice. The numerous positive reviews about him on this site don't lie!
