Excellent Attorney

I hired Mr. David Dischley as my attorney. He is a Responsive and extremely professional attorney. He knows how to win in the court. He worked as a prosecutor before in the court. Is hard to find a lawyer that has been a prosecutor before in the Court. This is a privilege and a plus to consider for... your case. He has experience in the Local Courts. This aspect of deciding on the right attorney is one that is often overlooked, but local connections and relationships can go a long way when fighting a criminal charge. You have to consider if your case goes to trial you want an attorney with trial experience and David Dischley has all those experiences. He works very hard for his clients and pays you all the attention you need for your legal case. You don't feel alone because he is there fighting for you! I would Highly recommend his firm!!! Best Lawyer I Could’ve Asked For

For a person in my early-30s who’s never gotten in legal trouble before, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better than Mr. Dischley to hire as my lawyer. I got a .15 BAC DWI after I broke up with my girlfriend at the bar and ended up driving home when I originally had planned to stay at her place. Not... knowing anything about what to do, I hopped on this website, found Mr. Dischley and liked his reviews, so put in for a consultation. He called me almost immediately and answered all the burning questions someone in my position would have. Throughout the process it was amazing how accessible he was, usually texting or calling back within minutes of me reaching out. Even after my representation was technically over, he still would text and email me back about follow-up questions/guidance even over a year after the fact. Stand-up guy and someone great to have in your corner when you need it most.

Mr. Dischley is not only the top notch lawyer but also a kind heart and Pragmatic person. He knows the situation in a moment and made me feel easy when I was super worried with BAC 0.17. I am very impressed of his experience and knowledge for handling the case.Not only resulting the least amount of f...ine and not prison sentence , but also I am allowed to travel aboard and being with my father in his critical health stage now a days even though I was in probation. A true Advocate

This is the 2nd time David represented my in a DUI/DWI case. He was compassionate and understanding to the circumstances of this 2nd incident. Most importantly, he WOULD NOT STOP fighting for a lighter sentence with the prosecuting attorney (PA). He went to the PA at least three times before the c...ourt session began on the day of my case. The PA was unwilling to budge on a 1st DUI conviction. But then when the PA saw me in court, everything that David said about me and the "tragic" event that brought me to court, the PA was able to finally "see" and knew David was championing for a just resolution. Just before the court session was to begin, the PA asked for "'5 minutes" so that they (David and the PA) could speak -- for a fourth time -- this time, David secured for me the lighter judgement. I will always be grateful. David is not only a skilled lawyer but a true advocate

Excellent, excellent experience

I hired Mr. Dischley following an underage alcohol offense in Arlington, VA. He seemed very experienced in this field. He advised how to prepare my defense for the court date such as getting alcohol counseling and preemptively doing community service. On the court date, Mr. Dischley was very familiar... with the prosecution and had a good rapport with the judge. He was able to negotiate a very favorable deal with the prosecution, avoiding any convictions even though I did not have a great defense. Up to this point, I had established a good relationship with my council and he would have a received a good review/rating, yet what followed really made him excellent to me. In the following years, I went through background checks and security clearances. Whenever I needed him to discuss something, he was just a phone call away and was able to calm my nerves and answer my questions. He did this follow up help free of charge which was surprising and amazing for me. He is always willing to help me as a client even years after my case was resolved. I have no personal connection beyond my case. Mr. Dischley is not only an experienced lawyer who is well versed in the field and skilled in the industry, he is also an exceedingly good person. I would recommend Mr. Dischley to anyone with any traffic, alcohol or drug, or criminal defense in the Virginia area.
