As a green card holder, I had my citizenship interview in 2012 and was told to wait for the USCIS to contact me with a response. Despite multiple attempts to contact the USCIS (via email and in person at their field office) I was repeatedly told over a three year period to wait for a response... the ...response never came. I was subsequently referred to Mrs. Beach by a colleague whom she had worked with in the past.
