I was charged with a mister meaner simple assaulting in DC. That was far from what actually happened. Story: I was out in DC with my wife 2 years ago on Halloween and I walked out of a club drunk looking for my wife when I had bumped into a woman. This girl then turned around and hit me. Actually I didn’t see!!! So now I pushed her and head but her and she is not sure. David to judge:. Your honner this is a miss trial. Judge dismisses it. ( I would think for 10k David is going to fight at this point but does not) So the bouncer of the club comes up and tells the Judge at the exact time I was arrested there was a bar fight outside where (I) was standing and a guy in a Winnie the poo costume hits another guy with a jack Daniels bottle. ( explaining why I went flying forward) the judge dismisses it..... David says nothing to save me. Evidence number 2! My now wife comes to the stand and says that she saw the fight and saw me picking myself up of the floor after I had been hit from behind. David says nothing and the judge dismisses her testimony. 3!! Cop comes up and says he saw me!!!! do nothing but I was intoxicated so arrests me. These are three people that have just told the judge I did nothing. I brought three witnesses and the girl brought ZERO! But posted pictures of Halloween night of herself on Facebook the next morning like nothing had happened. Well David losses me the case with overwhelming evidence I was innocent. Didn’t challenge the judge or anything. So now I have to come back for sentencing. I have to leave after knowing I was good and did nothing wrong. David tells me we just had a bad judge outside the court. I think to myself was my money also bad can I get that back? Because you said it was a home run with 3 people saying I did nothing? No I don’t get my money back and I leave. After being so afraid of what might happen I did not come back. One year later my mother dies and I have to watch her on skype and say good bye to her and not be next to her. Because I was afraid of the courts and how they didn’t see I did nothing wrong. I emailed David and said I am going to write a review on him. His response and I have the email to prove this. David: if I write any slander against him or his company he will sue me! He will prosecute me to the fullest. So this guy takes my moms money, looses a case that can’t be lost and bully’s someone into be afaraid to challenge him because he knows the law and can manipulate it to his benefit. Well after two years David you can come after me if you like. I beg all of you that are afraid and worried, find someone who really cares about you and not a wallet getting bigger.
