Although this road was not an easy road to travel, I must say that the outcome of my son's case was beyond shocking with outstanding results. As I watched and listened to Jon argue the case, his posture was one of someone going into battle....standing in attention. With his right hand placed un...derneath his chin, he started stating guidelines, statues and important facts for the listening judge to consider before passing "JUDGEMENT". I said to myself "no matter the outcome, Jon's argument is so powerful that I will accept the outcome in this courtroom today." To all of our amazement, the Judge states, "I'm going to judge this case in a manner that will shock BOTH attorneys!" The judge passed judgement beyond what either party expected and shockingly below what either party asked for inside of their arguments. I exhaled with a sigh of relief, praising God that Jon's performance in the courtroom deserved a standing ovation! Thank you Jon for going beyond the role of my son's attorney. Showing not only your skills and knowledge to be called a "Super Attorney" but going beyond that role and showing sincere compassion for my son. Would I recommend this lawyer? Yes! Again, I say yes!!!
