Before Ashley, my H1B visa approvals were for 1 year duration which is an extreme inconvenience because by the time you get 1st approval you need to get ready for next approval. While I was on H1B, my husband's GC was filed in EB1 for his L1A visa. Ashley helped me navigate through this change.
