As a youth, I took part in many deleterious behaviors that are apparent when looking at my criminal history. I hired David to work on obtaining expungement for my dismissal charges (Yes people, even though you’re not convicted, they are listed in your criminal history) and a pardon for 3 convictions.... All of the charges/convictions occurred between 1999-2001. Yes, I had changed as an individual (medical school) but it was still a somewhat daunting task to obtain a clean record. The last thing I ever thought my family would need was a criminal attorney. I did some internet research, made a few calls and than I came across Mr. Bahuriak's Firm, after reviewing his wins and losses I decided to give him a call.
