i highly recommend this man

BRIAN FISHMAN is the man you want if you want the job done right and want a great outcome. I hired him for a custody matter recently, but i have had him on several criminal matters as well. He the best lawyer i know not only is he great at his job but he treats you like family.He is a man of his word..., He will always get back to you on any questions you might have.He does not just take your money, do your case and then be done with you, it could be a year from the time your case is done and if you have a question or concern about something he will be glad to talk to you. I could go on and on about this wonderful man and excellant lawyer. But bottom line is if you want the job done by a great lawyer and a great man hire BRIAN FISHMAN. I did and was so happy i did,i hired other LAWYERS in the past and once you pay them you don't hear from them again .So hire the best LAWYER and you will have a friend for life THANKS BRIAN FOR ALL YOUR HELP!

Awesome attorney who is reliable, honest, confident, execellent communication, and goes the extra mile need when it most counts.

I hire Mr. Fishman in 2008 for a drug case, Mr. Fishman won me an motion to suppress the evidence in April of 2009, Mr. Fishman also went in front on my back judge free of charge to get me home. Even thought the DA appealled the motion, and it was overturned in 2011, I had gained employment during t...he course of time while waiting for the overall decision, Although the case had been overturned and the case was looking bad for me, Mr. Fishman was able to get me WORK RELEASE for 11 1/2 to 23 months eligible for early parole in 6 months, oh and by the way I was facing a MANDATORY SENTENCE OF 5-10 YEARS. So i would highly recommend Mr. Fishman for any type of legal representation that is within his field.

Horrible!

I trusted Brian Fishman with his convinving words. He took advantage and preyed on me. Ripped me off for $1000 for a BENCH warrant becuase I forgot I had court. He seen how desperate I was and scared of doing jail time. When I went in everyone who had a bench warrant was reissused another court date ...and none of them had lawyers. He did nothing at all but ran away with $1000. Never again

Mia, I appreciate you taking the time to submit a review of me and my firm's services. I was extremely shocked and disheartened to see what you had written about my services as it is always my goal to provide top-notch legal representation at a fair and affordable price. I feel like I did that in your case and in our discussions since this review, you seem to agree as you indicated that this was not personal but rather you were upset that you spent money that you did not really have. Please understand that I did nothing to force you to hire me and I provided additional services than those you mentioned for the fee. I attended the bench warrant hearing for you and got you out without you having to pay any additional bail, regardless of the outcome of other inmates. I then also convinced the prosecutor's office to accept you back into the pre-trial diversion Accelerated Misdemeanor Program. When you successfully completed the program, I appeared in court on your behalf and had the prosecutor agree to waive your presence and had all charges withdrawn. Finally, I agreed to file an expungement petition to have these charges removed from your record. And, I included all of this (bench warrant hearing, AMP hearing, expungement petition) in the $1,000 fee. I believe this to be a very fair and reasonable price for all of these services. The only reason the expungement has not been filed is because you are required to pay the $147 filing fee. Once that is paid, I will immediately file the expungement. I would like to resolve any difference amicably and I urge you to contact my office so we can do so. I wish you all the best and I am happy that I was able to get all charges against you withdrawn.
