I hired Mr Goldstein to handle my fiancé’s appeal. He was given an excessive sentence of 17.5 to 35 years for something that should have only been up to 6 years. Mr. Goldstein went to work on the appeal and due to his diligence and knowledge, was able to get the Superior Court to overturn the senten...ce and remand it back to the original court for a new one. He drove four hours one way just for the sentencing hearing and asked the right questions and stated the guidelines and how they should be applied and my fiancé was able to get a correction on his sentence that were within the guidelines and now he should be home by the end of the year.
