I retained shaka for a probation violation which my probation officer issued a warrant on a October 26th I went to shaka office on the 27th and by the 29th my motion to remove detainer was filed before any payments were made. Once I made a payment we were waiting on a court date I was arrested on ne...w charges the following week shaka was notified via text message and he appeared at my bail hearing and got the bail commissioner to allow me to get sob. After my Gagnon 1 a vop date was issued and Shaka got my detainer lifted just in time for the holidays and before my fiancé has our baby.
