I got bit by a dog, which cause me to spend nearly a month in the hospital. when I sign up with his office, they did not begin to work on my case until a year in. it was never the same person who called me, and they either knew nothing about my case or me, often getting my name wrong. when I would ca...ll to check on the status the answering service would have someone call back. then they would call from a private number and say me everything is fine. I don't answer private numbers so I got a voicemail informing me they have decided to drop my case, because I would not respond when I regularly checked in. After this, I called them over the next 2 weeks requesting to talk to Mr. Joel Kofsky and neither he nor anyone called back. So if you are planning to sign up with him, understand that not once from beginning to end will you and him ever speak. Also that his staff is poorly trained and cannot give you accurate information about the status of your case. Simply put you do not matter.

Worst attorney and law firm. Never meets you, calls you or calls you back. Never goes to court as I asked his office and was told by the receptionist. His paralegals give advice over the phone and they control the entire case. The guy that signed me up just rushed me for my signature and told me he c...an only give me a little advice and that’s all he gets paid for.

Absolutely worthless. Never seen such a terrible lawyer. Gave him my case over a year ago and he did absolutely nothing but lie to me and bullshit me telling me everything's going great and that he's going to get me the most amount of money yet he did not even contact my insurance company... he abso...lutely lied. Him and his partner Mark another absolutely worthless lawyer did absolutely nothing for my case. They call themselves lawyers? I don't know what bubblegum machine they got their legal law certification from because they together are a joke!!! do not waste your time effort and energy on either of these lawyers or anyone from that law firm. You will be very upset. He didn't even have the decency to call me not even one single time in over a full year yet he sends a letter telling me he can't help me anymore well that letter is a year too late. do you see the picture I'm painting about this incapable so called lawyer and his bubblegum worthless firm. God did I ever make a mistake putting my trust in these idiots. Don't waste your money call a real lawyer who will get the real job done and not lie to you over and over and over telling you everything is going great meanwhile they didn't even put the pen to a piece of paper. I am beyond upset that these idiots I am definitely filing a complaint with the Pennsylvania Bar Association as soon as I possibly can so that I can help another innocent person from having to waste their time and effort energy on these idiots. I've never seen anybody drop the ball like this in my life. Karma ... KARMA Will set you right joel... WORTHLESS LAW FIRM.

Joel and his staff were amazing to deal with in the case of our car accident. Mr. Sawyer, the paralegal, was informative, available for questions and updated us on our case in a timely manner. We've had to deal with person injury lawyers in the past, but won't have to look any further if one is neede...d in the future. If you need a lawyer call Joel Kofsky, you will not be disappointed.
