If I could give zero stars I would, you never speak to a lawyer here, paralegals are incompetent and doesn’t communicate effectively. You have to reach out to them! Communication is piss poor. This law firm took my case almost two years ago and did very little. I have made multiple calls trying to get a status of my case and have only been able to speak to a receptionist most of the time. When a paralegal did call me back she stated that the insurance company made an offer and it is being ...reviewed. That was over six months ago and still no progress. I could have settled this on my own with the insurance company. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CASE TO THIS LAW FIRM!!!!!

Please do not go to this law office. They are not concerned with their clients. They do not call you to give you updates about your case. My case was in November of 2018. Truthfully, I think they took my money. The money they claim they received, I have yet to received documentation from that insuran...ce company with the settlement amount. I am still waiting. Please listen to me and do not call this lawyer for anything. I am saving you the trouble and you will thank me later.
