There is an unoccupied house next to my property that has been a nuisance since the tenants vacated the property about three years ago. I later learned that a mortgage company in the state of Florida had acquired the foreclosed property. Over time the trees had overgrown and the property had not b...een properly sealed and rodents and other vectors had begun to occupy the dwelling. Numerous of complaints to Licenses & Inspection, Police Department, and Civic Groups not only from me but from the neighbor on the other side of the property had fallen on deaf ears. It was so bad we could not go out into our own backyard without the fear of being bitten by bugs or possible encounter with a snake or other vectors. I contact Mr. Kline in regards to numerous complaints we had in regard to this property. The first matter was to have this property sealed and secured due to squatters that had begun to occupy the property. This matter was resolved through correspondences Mr. Kline sent to the mortgage co. The second issue in regard to the overgrown shrubbery and trees, pictures were taken and sent to Mr. Kline and finally after about 6 months this problem has been resolved as of June 29, 2013. It is a pleasure to enjoy the view without all of the shrubbery, overgrown trees grass and vines that had overtaken our property as well as this dwelling. Even though the fight is not over in regards to this property I am elated over the progress that Mr. Kline has made to correct these issues. It was through his diligence, perseverance and commitment to see that these matters were addressed and resolved in a timely manner.
