They do not fight for you! You feel like you have to defend yourself to them! Do not let you speak to the attorney who represents you.Never returns phone calls. Refuse to let you know what you will be getting out of the settlement! Tells me that they will not appeal the offer because they think it's... a fair offer even though they won't tell you what you are coming out with!!! The worse 3 years of my life!!!!! Four times they cancelled a deposition ! They lie!! STAY AWAY!!!!!

Was a passenger on a bus that crashed did over year of therapy at least 8 procedures nerve test and all.In thee end I seen 0 after lawyer and medical bills guy gave me every reason NOT to go to trial said my chances of winning was 20% it would cost money for expert witnesses and this and that.My advi...ce to everyone stay away from shady grady these guys had me run around for 2 years for nothing!wasted time money gas dealing with them all to feel like crap in the end

I had a bad accident on Septa. I had torn my whole rotator cuff and had to have surgery. I was told by Septa nerve specialist I had nerve damage. I never was contacted by them and never went to court. When I called to inquire about what's going on the receptionist would keep me on hold for the longe...st and then hang up. I was given a $5000 check by my auto insurance and they took that and told me they had to pay medical bills with it. I told them my medical bills were paid already and I could handle it myself. I heard nothing from Simon or Jordan. I finally get in touch with someone and I was told they didn't recover anything and there is nothing I can do. How can you attend trial on paper. That's what they said they did. I asked how could you do that without me being present. Don't have anything to do with this Lawfirm or the attorney's in it or out of it. Just because they left the Lawfirm don't me they're good stand up lawyers. Worst Experience Ever! I never hired them but I had to choose consulted to move forward with this review.

The firm and my attorney in particular,and case managers in general were always there for me. The case I had was a difficult road to hoe. As a paralegal I was well aware of that! They never gave up on me or the case. Kept me well informed at all times. From Mr. Simon to my attorney, Jason Whalley..., they were prompt and complete always in their responses and information addressed to my concerns as this case wound it's way through the judicial process. Was quite satisfied with the outcome! I highly recommend Simon & Simon!
